We aim to send all our products through Royal Mail on 1st Class Delivery! Personalised items such as Rompers or Bags can take up to 1-2 weeks to be delivered depending on the time of printing as this is outsourced to a company in the UK.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your dollyshoo's product, please let us know! we are happy to accept returns on all items that have not been personalised. If you have a personalised item unfortunately we can not accept the return on this, please contact us and we will be happy to help!
