For the UK: With our unique personalised items shipping can take up to two weeks as we source our products from a supplier who prints them. We always aim to send them first class as soon as we have recieved them. Any homemade items will be with you within the week you have ordered them. International Shipping may take longer than expected, we will notify you when they have been shipped.

Great! you would like an item personalised! All you need to do is let us know the name you would like in the comment box at checkout! if you miss this, don't worry! Just drop us a message on Instagram or Facebook :) we will then send you a preview of the design to approve!

If it is an animal we have already designed but there isn't an option for it, don't worry we can still print this for you! Just send us a message letting us know and we will let you know what to do :) If you are looking for a custom design and it isn't something we have done yet, we have a custom option on most of our products, just select that for check out and message us with your request via instagram, facebook or email
